Despite the rain, the opening ceremony went ahead with speeches
from Camp Organiser Edwina Edwards, Chief Guide Jenny Leach
and Chief Scout Peter Duncan (both via video) and Comptroller
of the Chatsworth Estate John Oliver on behalf of the Duke
and Duchess of Devonshire.
